okay today we had our second sports heats. yayy baby! i got 1st for discus wohoo!18.77m i think haha. cool man.shot putt 1st too haha.i noe i very thick skin haha.then b4 tt melissa paiseh ah. frm track team still got 4th position for 400m haiyo.disgrace man. aft finish running keep falling to the floor.haha ask to sit down dun wan .then also take my water.xindi also.aft tt i went to discus cage.haha damn funny lar when melissa came me and lyn li started making fun of how she fall haha damn bloody funny sia. when finish the heats.went home with sherwayne and lyn li.on the way to mrt station we bought food at 7 eleven haha. eat a lot man. came home.bathed then went to watch grey's anatomy. haha.i watch half way i fell asleep.
